You have contacted us through social media and shared personal information with us
We work with you for a project and you give your information through the contract that is created

Google Analytics – We only receive data from Google Analytics when you have accepted all cookies for our website. Google Analytics share your data with us which we only use for metric gathering and marketing

We use the information that you have given us in order to help work with you on the projects you have hired us for, to understand more about our customers and to help with future marketing.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on our systems, with access only being granted to a set list of people.

Information collected through Google Analytics is stored on their servers which can only be accessed by a set list of people.

All information stored has security measures in place such as limited access, and password protection.

We keep your personal information, such as name and contact details and business information for 6 years after your last business activities. We will then dispose of your information by obfuscating and then securely deleting your data.

We keep Google Analytics data for 26 months (in line with their policies). Google Analytics will safely and securely delete this information.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
