The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:

- Payment details (only when entering into a contract for a project)
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- You have sent us a query through our contact form and have provided the personal information yourself
- You have contacted us through social media and shared personal information with us
- We work with you for a project and you give your information through the contract that is created
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- Google Analytics – We only receive data from Google Analytics when you have accepted all cookies for our website. Google Analytics share your data with us which we only use for metric gathering and marketing
We use the information that you have given us in order to help work with you on the projects you have hired us for, to understand more about our customers and to help with future marketing.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on our systems, with access only being granted to a set list of people.
Information collected through Google Analytics is stored on their servers which can only be accessed by a set list of people.
All information stored has security measures in place such as limited access, and password protection.
We keep your personal information, such as name and contact details and business information for 6 years after your last business activities. We will then dispose of your information by obfuscating and then securely deleting your data.
We keep Google Analytics data for 26 months (in line with their policies). Google Analytics will safely and securely delete this information.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
